LESSON POLICY

Academic behavior, engagement and preparedness is expected during our lesson.

 

  • Be on time when coming and leaving class

  • Come prepared: Bring your textbooks, notebooks, pencils, and computer.

  • Always bring questions to your tutoring session.

  • There will also be a student designated computer to access ebooks, if students forget their device.

  • A key will be provided to access the bathroom on the facility.

  • Parking lot is situated in the back of the building. There is also street parking.

  • If students need to wait before or after a session, there’s a bench by the pound with a hippopotamus. It is a great place for reading and relaxing.

 

TUITION POLICY

All payment must be completed prior to the lesson. Cancellations of any session must be done 48 hours in advance. If the lesson is canceled within 24 hours, a 50%  charge will be incurred.  There will be a $25.00 dollar fee for return checks.

 

REFUNDS

​

All class tuition is non-refundable.

 

SAFETY

​

  • Every child attending Peninsula Spanish should be dropped off and picked up in a timely manner.

  • Peninsula Spanish is not responsible for students not picked up in a timely manner.

    • However, students can wait inside the facility, or can sit outside on the bench by the pond.

  • Students should stay home if they’re feeling sick.

  • Students should wear a mask.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the facility.

CORONAVIRUS / COVID 19

 

Coronavirus, or COVID 19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. Please read the following guidelines for COVID-19 prevention in K-12 schools as per the CDC. A Risk, Release & Waiver of Liability form will be part of the tutoring contract.

 

Every person attending Peninsula Spanish should wear a mask. Although preventative measures are in place to reduce the spread of the virus, its risk cannot be eliminated. A sanitary station is located at the entrance, please use hand sanitizer before the start and the end of the lesson.
